2. Products & Descriptions

Astracular.com specializes in 3D-printed, glow-in-the-dark stars and space-themed wall décor designed to adhere to interior wall surfaces (“Products”). We make every effort to display our Products as accurately as possible, including color, size, and appearance. Please be aware of the following:

  • Glow intensity and duration may vary depending on light exposure, ambient temperature, and the type of wall surface the Product is applied to.
  • Product colors shown on screen may differ slightly from the physical item due to monitor calibration and natural variation inherent to the 3D printing process.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order on Astracular.com, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Sales tax will be collected where required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • US orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping.
  • Estimated delivery windows are estimates only and are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • International customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our Products are 3D-printed and often made to order, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

  • We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was described.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind once a custom or made-to-order item has been produced.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at missioncontrol@astracular.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Product Safety & Wall Disclaimer

Our wall décor products are intended for decorative indoor use by persons aged 3 and over. Products contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

  • Our Products use self-adhesive backing designed for smooth, clean, painted interior wall surfaces. We are not responsible for any damage to walls, paint, or surfaces resulting from application or removal of our Products. We strongly recommend testing adhesion on a small, inconspicuous area before full application, particularly on delicate, textured, or freshly painted surfaces.
  • Glow-in-the-dark materials used in our Products are non-toxic and comply with applicable safety standards. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of very young children and pets.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Astracular.com — including product designs, 3D models, photographs, graphics, logos, and written content — is the exclusive property of Astracular.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and applicable law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our express written permission.
  • Our product designs are original works. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our designs, whether 3D-printed or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Astracular.com and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our Products, including but not limited to property damage, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Privacy

Your use of Astracular.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this site, you consent to the data practices described therein. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ocean County, New Jersey.
